Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our pieces are made with sterling silver and are plated with either 18k gold or rhodium, which are suitable for most sensitive skin types.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes. Our jewelry is made to be durable.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth once in a while to remove sweat, mineral buildup, and other residue. Keep in mind that frequent exposure to salt water and chlorinated water can gradually wear down plating and may affect gemstone settings over time.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Our 18k gold vermeil and rhodium plated sterling silver are designed to resist tarnishing. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their shine for a long time.

What materials do you use?

We use 18k gold vermeil with 2.5 microns of gold over 925 sterling silver, rhodium plated sterling silver, and a mix of lab grown and natural gemstones. All materials are chosen for longevity, comfort, and everyday wearability.

What is gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is demi fine quality jewelry made with a thick layer of real gold over sterling silver. Our pieces use 2.5 microns of 18k gold, which is at least 5 times thicker than standard gold plating.

What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium is a rare and durable precious metal that gives sterling silver a bright, long lasting finish. It is naturally scratch resistant and helps protect the silver underneath.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

Wipe your pieces with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If needed, clean gently with mild soap and lukewarm water and pat dry. Avoid chemicals, polishing cloths meant for unplated metals, ultrasonic cleaners, and prolonged moisture. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or box away from humidity.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email support@nevernakedpeople.com with your order number.
